Christina Kewa-Swarbrick: Fully Exonerated in New Zealand Court-“Miscarriage of Justice”

PORT MORESBY- PACIFIC– Papua New Guinea Publisher and Prophetic Visionary Christina Kewa-Swarbrick has entered 2025 with her reputation restored and her life’s mission renewed after New Zealand courts completely dismissed all charges against her late last year. Christina Kewa-Swarbrick is the Founder of PNG Vision4040, a visionary global platform that offers holistic human solutions using tailored frameworks for indigenous nations. Her international court case gave her experiences on how to deal with injustice and winning legal cases in the “Courts of Heaven”, a testimony many close to her have come to know.

The case—once widely reported across international media—ended decisively on 25 November 2024, when the New Zealand Court of Appeal ruled that the original trial was “a miscarriage of justice.” The court found that trial-judge instructions had been “forceful” and had effectively guided the jury toward a verdict, undermining the fairness of the proceeding.

Because Christina’s case mirrored that of her husband, the Crown conceded there was “no principled basis to differentiate the appellant’s position from Mr Swarbrick.” The appellate judges accepted the concession and overturned her conviction in full.

Charges Formally Dismissed
On 30 May 2024, the matter returned to the Hamilton District Court in New Zealand for a final call-over. Judge S.R. Clark reviewed the record and chose the stronger remedy:

“Faced with all of that, my view is that, rather than grant the s 146 application, I should dismiss the charges pursuant to s 147. I make an order to that effect.”

That ruling closed the case completely—no retrial, no lingering allegations.

Faith, Law, and the Courts of Heaven
Christina Kewa-Swarbrick is among few Papua New Guineans ever tried in an international court of law—and she prevailed. Her legal battle stretched from 2016 through 2024, an eight-year ordeal that tested every part of her life. During that trial, her Calling in the Office of Prophet was perfected as God taught her how to remain faithful like other Bible characters, including Jesus, Joseph and Apostle Paul and others.

During those years of hearings, appeals, and final dismissal, Christina says she encountered what she calls “the spiritual Constitution and the Courts of Heaven.” She explains it in her own words:

“ I soon figured out that darkness was all around me. And I had to give that darkness definition and quicky overome it and find light. I concluded- Life is spiritual. And when God has a big call and demand on your life, you face huge opposition, trials, and temptations—just like Christ. I learnt about the Courts of Heaven. It is a very unique space in spiritual civilisation and understanding of how spiritual law works and how it supersedes man’s courtrooms.
Because earthly judges judge a case based on actions and laws made by man, while Heaven’s courtroom trials judge the intentions of man and their heart motives, which onnly GOD sees.
Once your motives are just and you have operated in righteousness, you will definitely win your case in God’s courtroom.
If you win in the spiritual courtroom, then on earth it shall be established just as it is in heaven. That’s how I turned my case around. I appealed it in the Courts of Heaven first.
This is the secret of the justice system found in the Kingdom of Heaven, ruled by CHRIST JESUS . It is founded on Justice, Peace, and Righteousness. That’s how God’s Government works.”

Today, Christina shares this perspective while helping others who are facing injustice, writing spiritual documents and guiding them through what she calls Courts of Heaven procedures.
